“Married at First Sight” is considered to be a social experiment wrapped into a reality show. The premise is that three men and three women who have been unlucky in love are paired together based off of personal information that experts feel is compatible. The couples that were paired together were married at first sight, just as the title suggests. From there, cameras followed them for six weeks while they tried to get to know their spouse and adjust to married life. Now that the season finale has aired, lets take a look at who stayed together and which couple called it quits.
First couple is a fan favorite. Thirty-year-old Jaclyn Methuen and her husband, 29-year-old Ryan Ranellone had a rocky start with each other. However as the time progressed, it seemed as though they began to form a bond together. By the season finale, they decided that they wanted to keep their marriage intact and work together to make their marriage work.
Surprisingly, 30-year-old Jessica Castro and her 29-year-old husband Ryan DeNino also chose to stay together. This is surprisingly because the couple frequently have explosive arguments with each other. However during the finale, Ryan admitted that he needs to work on himself, showing that maybe they may work out.
Finally, Qnet can report Davina Kullar and Sean Varricchio called it quits on the marriage.
